Designed for maximum productivity in urban locations
From the outset, the design of Yanmar's new generation of wheeled compact excavators was focused on delivering top performance and maximum productivity in line with the specific requirements of tight urban sites. Available in three models - the B75W, B95W and B110W - the range combines advanced engine technology with state-of-the-art cab equipment and a wide range of attachments and options.
Powered by Yanmar's latest 73hp 4TNV98CT turbodiesel engine, with DPF as standard, the B75W excavator is fuel efficient, environmentally friendly and fully compliant with European Stage V emissions legislation.
Its performance is formidable. These include a digging depth of 3,500 mm (TPA boom), a digging force of 38 KN (at the bucket edge), a maximum reach of 6,990 mm (TPA boom) and a maximum dumping height of 5,050 mm (TPA boom). A hydraulic system LUDV with four independent circuits offers total flexibility, allowing the simultaneous movements of boom, turret and travel to be perfectly managed without loss of hydraulic power. In other words, it is possible to simultaneously install a tiltrotator with a quick coupler system and a hydraulically driven implement (such as a sorting grab).
Thanks to its planetary axis design (with a 14° pendulum angle), minimal overhang, transversely mounted motor and low center of gravity, it offers users first-class stability even with the boom fully extended. Other advantages of the design include an offset of the boom foot with a large articulation angle for working close to walls.
The B75W comes standard with Yanmar's exclusive Smart Control system, which allows the operator to quickly select the excavator's optimal power levels for different applications. The standard LED lighting can be supplemented by optional lighting packages, which offer a choice of front and rear work lights, dual beams or even flashing lights.
As with all Yanmar wheeled excavators, the operator station is ergonomic, spacious, comfortable and ROPS/FOPS approved. Noise and vibration dampening, a 7″ anti-glare display, an extra-large keypad and automatic air conditioning (optional) make the interior both comfortable and convenient.
The extensive list of options is designed according to the user profile. These include, but are not limited to, the float function on the front dozer blade (activated via the LCD screen) allowing the blade to follow the shape of the ground through its weight, narrow-width Michelin Bibload HS tires specifically designed for hard surfaces, a change of operating model (ISO to SAE) with LCD touch screen for greater flexibility, a circular arm to optimize work in confined spaces, and a longer digging arm for extended reach. Finally, the range of attachments includes forks, mechanical/hydraulic quick couplers, standard/curved/tilting buckets and hammers.
Add to that simplified maintenance with access to electrical components from the ground, and a ladder built into the service door for improved accessibility, and the conclusion is clear: the B75W is your ideal partner on the job site.
