2020 is the year that completely changed our living world. The crisis cut deep, but the gradual reopening of commercial businesses offered opportunities. The long-term effects are unclear, but regular regional resurgence will weigh on the economy for some time to come.
Our society has experienced a far-reaching and accelerated digitalization that necessitates a new way of conducting business. At the same time, we will have to be able to switch quickly between sales territories or channels depending on the further course of the crisis, which is possible through logistical optimization. Also in the future, traceability remains essential and certification of quality and sustainability is indeed expected.
This study day aims to inspire you as a grower to make the right decisions around digitization, logistics and certification to keep your farm resilient for the future.
