The product portfolio includes plastic grass and gravel sheets, drainage applications, products for green roofs, weed cloths and non-woven geotextiles. The grass and gravel sheets are suitable for a variety of applications, and retain their properties even over the very long term. The industry has been plagued by the emergence of cheaper, therefore more often inferior copies. We would like to highlight some of the advantages of the original product.

Ecological

MatGeco grass plants in HD-PE are intended exclusively for a professional target group and exhibit totally different properties than those for application by individuals. They are intended to make lawns passable and for construction of parking lots, roads, green areas and fire roads.

All versions allow the natural infiltration of rainwater into the soil, as well as its evaporation. They encourage the creation of more ecological zones and, compared to asphalt or concrete, offer an ideal compromise between green areas and passable zones. MatGeco grass slabs are all made from recycled materials and are therefore completely environmentally friendly.

The grass boards are produced with utmost care in Germany. The concept, design and carefully selected raw materials of these slabs guarantee you peace of mind in the very long term. For example, these grass slabs are resistant to UV radiation, extreme freezing temperatures (at least to -20°C) and heavy loads. Also, they are very light, making them quick and easy to install.

Suitable for any application

RitterDal Grass was the very first grass panel with honeycomb structure. What makes it unique: the joints are invisible thanks to the open edges. The slab is ideal for use in parking lots, green areas, driveways, moving areas, fire roads and campsites. It also exists in XXL version with round structure, extremely resistant to tire movement and equipped with an ingenious mounting system. TrafiDal 50 is the alternative to concrete grass slabs, but much lighter. They feature side interlocks and can support up to 500 t/square meter. GridaPark is a reinforcing grid for use on already laid lawns.

Stabilizing gravel

MatGeco also has the perfect solution for stabilizing gravel on driveways, parking lots, paths, bike paths and roads. These also promote the natural infiltration of rainwater. Due to their auto-draining properties, they provide a natural cycle and a positive approach for a better environment.

The RitterDal gravel board is the original board in high-strength honeycomb structure. The slab exists in a black (recycled) or a transparent version that adopts the color of the chosen gravel infill. Moreover, thanks to the open edges, the connections between the sheets are invisible and discreet under the gravel. With its small size, RitterDal is the ideal choice for non-straight surfaces, irregular shapes or small spaces.

The GravelGrid is a large slab with closed bottom, used to stabilize gravel in parking lots, driveways, access roads, paths, and so on. Its structure with squares is strong and has a thickness of only three inches, requiring less gravel for backfilling.

Its size and its new connection system ensure great stability and allow easy and quick installation. The GravelGrid exists in a black and a neutral color. The neutral color is also available without staples at the bottom of the slab to stabilize the gravel on flat roofs.

RoadEdgePave allows in a simple and effective way to widen, strengthen and secure road verges, both in straight lines and curves, and this with grass or gravel.
