A punishing statement, certainly, but one that the second-largest producer of automatic lubrication, oil management and safety systems worldwide can make with a hand on its heart. The company emerged from the merger of two renowned names in automatic lubrication, oil management and safety: Groeneveld and BEKA. Groeneveld's roots go back to 1971, those of BEKA, originally a German company, as far back as 1927. So there was plenty of experience in-house. Both companies were acquired by The Timken Company in 2017 and 2019, respectively, and merged to form Groeneveld-BEKA. 

From a centrally located office

At the strategic level, Groeneveld and BEKA are already fully integrated. The names are already mentioned in the same breath on the market. Now the company has reached the point where the Belgian branches have also been physically merged in centrally located Aarschot. This was done with only one goal in mind: to be able to serve existing and new customers even better. From the Aarschot office, the automatic lubrication, safety and oil management systems will find their way to the many customers in numerous sectors. In addition, Groeneveld-BEKA is also committed to the recycling sector with solutions that ensure that installations, machines and vehicles are optimally lubricated and managed in all circumstances and at all times. An important condition for reliable operation, which is crucial in this sector. The same can certainly be said of safety systems that increase safety and help prevent damage. Finally, oil management systems reduce the daily oil maintenance of internal combustion engines and minimize the risk of unexpected failure.

Pooling knowledge

Groenveld and BEKA complement each other perfectly, both in terms of clientele and product range. And not least in terms of knowledge. The knowledge they have each acquired separately on the Belgian market is now combined and put at the service of clients. Important, because even lubrication must be done with the necessary expertise to guarantee the continuity of your production equipment. Safety systems such as obstacle detection, speed and speed limiters, camera systems ... are also becoming increasingly important in the recycling market in order to be able to work safely on every site and in every warehouse. Since September 1, the extensive and well-trained commercial and technical inside service is ready in Aarschot to answer questions about both brands and the range of types of lubrication, oil management and safety systems in the range.
