Trade fair GrootGroenPlus 2021 approaching

Preparations for a safe new, live edition of trade fair GrootGroenPlus are in full swing. The trade fair, which was organized entirely digitally last year, will again be physically accessible in Zundert from October 6 to 8, 2021. This promises to be a special edition; all places are fully booked with more than 200 participants, there is a lot of press attention and visitor registrations are rolling in as well.

Safe preparations

Currently the construction of the trade fair is being prepared. All booths have been arranged and the floor plan is online. To keep the trade fair safe for visitors and participants, it has been decided to use one-way traffic in the routes and to maintain a distance of one and a half meters everywhere. The trade fair has been completely organized with this in mind.

Many digital opportunities

Given the digital success of last time, many of these options will be continued this year as well. For example, all program elements will be digitally accessible via the free trade show app. Moreover, this trade fair app will again offer a lot of information about the participants and the possibility of scheduling an appointment with them. Companies that open their doors during the trade fair can be recognized by the eyelet next to their name.

There will also be a link to Varb again this year. This will allow participants to access their full current offerings through the website. This can be viewed through their participant profile, as well as through a central search engine. This capability is public and available to all green participants, including those from abroad.

Lots to do

In addition, of course, there is also plenty to experience offline. This includes the Road Show, a selection of novelties from the field inspections, exhibition inspections and star inspections that the KVBC has conducted in recent years. This year, the Road Show consists of 31 already inspected returning novelties, for the 31st edition of the trade show.

There will of course also be 'fresh' novelties judged again. More information about the novelties and of course the participants can of course be found on the website and in the free fair app.

Engineering field

New this year is the special technology field outside. Here participants can show machines and/or smart solutions. This again adds an extra dimension to the trade fair, which of course focuses not only on trees and plants, but on everything related to a healthy tree nursery sector.
