It is the result of a long and meticulous development, from the first idea in 2006, to the commercialization of the first TT 35-35 model in 2012. Every day TwinTech develops multifunctional trailers with and for customers, responding to their needs.

The production of the TwinTrailer takes place entirely in Belgium, where the 2,000th TwinTrailer will soon be built. It will also soon move to a new, larger location. The market share continues to grow at home and abroad. The TwinTrailer is now distributed in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Austria and Switzerland through more than 70 dealers.

For every job imaginable

Thanks to its dual function and well-thought-out design, the TwinTrailer scores extremely well in several areas. Loading and unloading is much more efficient, comfortable, ergonomic and safe than with a classic trailer, thanks in part to the tipping angle of up to 55°. Thanks to the low ramp angle, you can easily drive all kinds of machines on and off, without any annoying kink between the ramps and the loading body. Thus, low-hanging machines are not damaged. Moreover, you can quickly switch between the electrically controlled tipping and tilting position.

These advantages can be found on all models. TwinTrailers are currently manufactured in five models: the TT 27-30, TT 30-30, TT 35-35, TT 35-40 and the TR 35-40. All models have the same unique features, but vary in load capacity and Maximum Permitted Mass from 2.7 to 3.5 tons.

Particularly high-quality construction

All TwinTrailer models are made of durable and robust materials, such as galvanized high-grade steel and aluminum. As a result, the trailer can take a beating and lasts a particularly long time. The trailers also excel in multifunctionality. The double-hinged doors on the rear not only allow opening to the sides, where they are fixable, but also serve as ramps for loading machines, materials, waste... Thanks to the modular front and side sections developed in-house (AluMate), construction is possible according to needs and load. The aluminum top boards are easily and quickly removable. The hinged lower boards ensure that the cargo box is also flat accessible from the front and sides.

Innovation at every stage of production

All TwinTrailers are designed three-dimensionally. The strength of the constructions can thus be determined and optimized via simulations, while the weight is kept within limits. High-quality materials are used, which are evaluated with regard to durability and robustness on the basis of prototypes. Every single component of the TwinTrailer is carefully studied and extensively tested to ensure its quality. In doing so, TwinTech uses proven technologies, which are approached from an innovative angle. Customer feedback is also taken into account during the design and production process.

TwinTrailer trailers are extremely safe, not least because of their double-hinged rear doors, making heavy, awkward and unstable ramps a thing of the past.

In addition, they are extremely cost-effective due to their durable construction and the time saved during loading and unloading. They are also extremely comfortable by relieving the user's body. Gas springs under the rear doors allow ergonomic opening and closing, allowing the valves to carry machines weighing more than two tons.

Finally, the TwinTrailer allows you to work faster, thus more profitably. You no longer lose time positioning ramps, tipping is faster and you always have the right trailer at hand.
