Compact and high-performance

Innovation, entrepreneurship and a highly professional approach are the basis of the success known to Hinowa machines. Founded more than thirty years ago, the company manufactures machines for earthmoving and working at height. This includes an extensive range of small, powerful and maneuverable spider work platforms, which are perfectly suited for use on small (construction) sites or other hard-to-reach places. With their low ground pressure, their working heights of 14 to 33 meters, their horizontal reach of up to 17 meters and their limited width of 80 centimeters, they are particularly compact and can be used anywhere. They also receive high scores in terms of durability, safety and ease of operation.

With the Lightlift Performance series, Hinowa takes its aerial work platforms to an even higher level: 230 kilogram load capacity at maximum reach, automatic tuning and leveling, and a practical remote control with LCD display ensure a safe and easy-to-handle aerial work platform,  easy to maintain and low in operating and maintenance costs.
New to the range

The PERFORMANCE IIIS series is Hinowa's latest concept in tracked aerial work platforms. As a result of three years of research and development, it has delivered many functionalities in a machine that has since become the standard in its class worldwide.

An important innovation of the new PERFORMANCE IIIs series concerns the high load capacity of 230 kilograms in the basket. This is also available over the entire working area. Thanks to the ingenious design of the lifting arm, an excellent vertical trajectory is obtained. This allows it to move along a wall with unprecedented precision and ease of operation. The new PERFORMANCE hydraulic system is equipped with the latest generation of components, allowing all operations and movements to be carried out faster and more efficiently.

Flexibility all around

With low ground pressure, excellent performance on rough surfaces and compact dimensions, Hinowa aerial work platforms are extremely flexible and designed to be used in almost all conditions, both indoors and outdoors. Hinowa boom lifts are light, compact and easy to use. Places inaccessible to other conventional boom lifts can thus be reached quickly and safely. Their limited relative weight makes them easy to transport and, combined with the tracked undercarriage, allows work on virtually any surface. Hinowa spider work platforms are available with Perkins diesel and Honda gasoline engines, in electric versions or in a combination
of both.

All models are equipped with a remote control with joysticks and display, and feature a 360° rotation mechanism, a stamp dispenser and an Internet connection with built-in GPRS system. The latter allows remote evaluation of the machine. All machines are equipped with an automatic stamping in and out function as well as a basket with weighing system that determines your own maximum reach. Trailers for a B-E driving license are also available with certain models.

Service-oriented

Hinowa/VTN Europe bvba is also responsible for the maintenance and repair of the machines. By appointment, you can go there for a demo with the available machines to make sure you choose the right work platform for the right application. Those who do not want to invest heavily right away or who are faced with a one-time assignment can rent an aerial platform or other machine. Second-hand machines are also regularly offered at interesting prices.
