Small size, big performance

Thus Hinowa has a wide range of compact, powerful and maneuverable boom lifts, which are perfectly suited for use on small (construction) sites or other hard-to-reach places, with their low ground pressure, their working heights of 14 to 33 meters and their horizontal reach of up to 17 meters. With their limited width of 80 centimeters, they can even pass through a doorway. Places inaccessible to other conventional aerial work platforms can thus be reached quickly and safely.

The Lightlift Performance series is already shaving high summits: 230 kilogram load capacity at maximum reach, automatic alignment and leveling at the touch of a button, and a practical remote control with LCD display. All this makes for a safe and easy-to-handle boom lift, easy to maintain and low in operating and maintenance costs.

High load capacity

The PERFORMANCE IIIS series is a recent development from Hinowa in tracked aerial work platforms. As a result of three years of research and development, it has produced many functionalities, in a machine that has since become the standard in its class worldwide.

An important innovation of the new PERFORMANCE IIIS series is the high load capacity of 230 kilograms in the basket. This is also available over the entire working area. Thanks to the ingenious design of the lifting arm, an excellent vertical trajectory is obtained. This allows moving along a wall with unprecedented precision as well as easy operation. The new PERFORMANCE hydraulic system is equipped with the latest generation of components, allowing all operations and movements to be carried out faster and more efficiently.

Their limited relative weight also makes them easy to transport and, combined with the tracked undercarriage, allows work on virtually any surface. Hinowa spider work platforms are available with Kubota diesel and Honda gasoline engines, in electric versions or in a combination of both.

Cutting-edge technology

All Hinowa boom lifts are equipped with a remote control with joysticks and display, and a 360° rotation mechanism. They also have an Internet connection with built-in GPRS system, which enables remote evaluation and monitoring. All machines are equipped with an automatic stamping in and out function, as well as a basket with weighing system that determines your own maximum reach. Trailers for a B-E driving license are also available with certain models.
