The question is how to make smart selections, so that at the end of the ride you are not slaving away again. Michaël Van Robaeys, manager of Robaws, identifies a few points of interest.

Every sector has different needs, including administration. In project-based companies, for example, planning and pre- and post-calculation are important. "Robaws was therefore developed from the belly of the construction industry," says Van Robaeys. "Feedback from both our customers and construction-related advisory bodies formed the basis for the software."
Needs evolve, as does technology. A good software package evolves with you so you don't fall behind. "Robaws is constantly adapting. Often unnoticed, sometimes with a completely new tool. For example, at the request of the market, we developed the mobile work order application Wappy, which can be used both separately and with Robaws."
The Wappy mobile work order application can be tested free for a month.
Mobile. That, too, is a core concept. "As a Web-based tool, Robaws can be consulted anytime, anywhere. On computer, tablet or smartphone. Moreover, we paid special attention to the user interface, so that everything is clear and
works intuitively."
Added value is created when the software package combines different functionalities. Too much, says Van Robaeys, is not good either. "The capabilities of our software are very broad - from customer management and invoicing to complete planning and analysis - but by offering different formulas, our customer only pays for what he needs. In addition, we can easily interface Robaws with other software and applications."
Finally, Van Robaeys emphasizes the importance of support. "Every collaboration starts with a demo and training. Afterwards, we remain available daily for assistance and advice. Wappy can even be tested at www.wappy.io completely free of charge."
