Turkish-European brand makes interior turners with tight capabilities

FM Construction Machinery is a young company with a rich history. Founded by Matthias and Maurits Foets in 2017, the company belongs to a group of companies specializing in earthmoving, construction, gardening, road, demolition and recycling machinery. The Diest-based company offers sales, rental and service of all types of construction machinery, from mini excavators to large excavators, wheel loaders, dumpers, breakers and so on. FM Bouwmachines is also a Belgian importer of the Turkish-European brand Hidromek.

Hidromek, a world-renowned manufacturer of construction machinery, was founded in Ankara in 1978. Today, Hidromek has about 2,000 employees. Its backhoe loaders, hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders and soil compactors operate in more than 100 countries across six continents. FM Bouwmachines also recently introduced Hidromek's HMK 145 LCSR backhoe loader to the Belgian market.

Hidromek's new HMK 145 LCSR produces more work with less fuel, providing maximum efficiency and productivity for the operator. It ensures superior performance on all terrains and in all conditions with its excellent maneuverability and ease of use thanks to its powerful engine, speed and short swing radius. In turn, the technological equipment and electronic system bring top-level safety and comfort to the operator.

Powerful and precise operation

Lars Kloeck (Sales, FM Construction Machinery): "With its compact structure, the HMK 145 LCSR offers operators powerful and precise operation, especially in urban areas. The indoor rotary cultivator has no rear overhang and a shorter swing radius compared to standard designed machines, making it an ideal machine for small spaces. Add in the high lifting capacity, and you just know you have a winner. The HMK 145 LCSR is used with our customers primarily for landscaping, pool construction and to install cisterns up to 10,000 gallons."

Turkish Hidromek is still a (fairly) noble unknown on the Belgian market, especially when compared to some big American and German brands.
