Italian-made shredders take heaviest work off your hands

Efficiency is still the highest good today. This means, among other things, that we like to process residual materials such as branches and pruning waste into useful wood chips or at least compost, but just as much that we want to achieve this in the smoothest way possible. With a diverse range of shredders, Italian Peruzzo, distributed in Belgium by Herco Machinery, offers a suitable solution for all circumstances.

Versatile

For those looking for a versatile solution that can also be used in spring and autumn, the gasoline-powered TB100 series offers an answer. Indeed, thanks to the blade drum technology, in which two blades on the rotor are moved past a counter blade with a fast, rotating movement, these shredders are capable of processing branches as well as occasional smaller, soft and green material. 

Specifically, the TB100 Eco thus has a capacity of up to 8 centimeters in diameter. The TB100C, with twin-cylinder Briggs & Stratton Vanguard engine, effortlessly handles branches up to 10 centimeters in diameter. Moreover, the TB100C is also available in a self-propelled version on tracks - ideal for hard-to-reach areas - a Road version on trailer and even a PTO version.

Powerful

The literal strongholds among Peruzzo shredders, in turn, are the gasoline-powered TC13 and the Tirex with three-point connection. These disc shredders are less suitable for soft material, but can handle branches up to 13 and 17 centimeters in diameter, respectively. Since the TC13 including undercarriage stays nicely under 750 kg, this machine can be perfectly transported with a small driver's license.

Safe

To make material feeding as easy as possible, all Peruzzo shredders are equipped with a wide feed hopper. In addition, the new TB100C PRO models, as well as the TC13 and the Tirex, are equipped with feed rollers in the hopper and, in the latter case, with a feed carpet. These tools, with their teeth, ensure a good grip on the wood and consequently pull the branches into the machine completely by themselves. The feed is thus more efficient - the user can immediately take another branch -, safer and with less effort.

By the way, the TB100C PRO, the TC13 and the Tirex models also hold a trump card for machine safety: the no-stress system. This measures the RPM and ensures that the motor is not overloaded even during prolonged or maximum wood feed. Has the RPM been restored? Then the system will automatically resume feeding wood.
