Need a heavyweight?

The range of tasks of garden contractors and green services is so varied that the fleet of machines soon reaches excessive proportions. With the heavyweight wheel loader 9080 and telehandler 9580T, however, manufacturer Weidemann offers a solution that combines power, range, flexibility and safety in one machine.

Force

The wheel loader 9080 and telescopic wheel loader 9580T play unmistakably in the heavyweight class. With operating weights that easily exceed 10 tons and tipping loads between 4,000 and almost 5,300 kilograms in the case of the 9080 and between 5,000 and almost 6,600 kilograms in the case of the 9580T (approximately 3,100 to 3,600 kilograms with the telescopic arm extended) - thanks to two lifting cylinders and two tipping cylinders - the machines are aimed primarily at those who regularly have large loads or volumes to move: municipal companies, contracting companies and large contracting firms. 

Furthermore, the wheel loaders can be equipped with various trailer coupling options up to 18 tons and the new stepless, hydrostatic drive Power Drive 370 ensures that higher tractive forces and travel speeds are achieved than before, optionally up to forty kilometers per hour. Without shifting gears, and without interrupting tractive power.

Flexibility

Like smaller wheel loaders, the Weidemann 9080 and 9580T offer flexibility with a wide range of attachments. The large-volume buckets and pallet forks are only the basis. In addition, circle, edge and flail mowers, sweepers and weed brushes, as well as snow plows and salt spreaders, for example, can be easily mounted on the machine via the hydraulic quick-change system. 

Does the attachment in question not require the full hydraulic power of these powerhouses? Then you can adjust the oil pressure and flow rate directly from the driver's seat to suit the needs and conditions. Despite their brute force and robust nature, the wheel loaders thus allow you to work in a sensitive and energy-efficient manner.

Far-reaching

With attachments such as tree trunk grabs and wood clamps, the wheel loaders also offer the necessary solutions for arborists, but particularly noteworthy is the ability to attach a work platform to the machine. Especially in combination with the 9580T telescopic wheel loader, this offers additional possibilities for pruning and other work at height.

In addition, the telescopic arm shows itself especially useful for loading and unloading high trucks or stacking pallets, bales, and so on.

Safety

Anyone working with heavy loads or powerful attachments cannot afford to be casual about safety. Neither your own comfort nor the safety of people and structures in the environment should be left to chance. This is why Weidemann also paid ample attention to the driver's cab. It is equipped with plenty of legroom, a comfortable co-suspended driver's seat, a clear 7" display, clearly arranged instrument cluster and a handy console with a multifunction joystick with proportional control. 

In turn, the fully glazed cab provides excellent visibility of the attachment, the immediate work area and the entire environment around the machine. Accidents are thus prevented, while work can proceed precisely and efficiently.
