Yanmar's new compact wheel loaders

More performance, fewer emissions

Yanmar Compact Equipment EMEA is a pioneer in the development of compact construction equipment. The company has focused resolutely on innovation for fifty years. This is evident in the Yanmar V70S, V80 and V100: wheel loaders that mate higher performance with lower emissions. 

The compact Yanmar V70S, V80 and V100 wheel loaders are equipped with powerful Yanmar engines of the latest generation, which comply with Stage V standards. These engines impress with their ecological performance: pollutant emissions have been reduced to 90 % thanks to improved combustion and injection systems, a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) and a diesel particulate filter. The compact wheel loaders are easy to operate in all conditions and reach speeds of up to 20 km/h on the road (the extra fast version as high as 36 km/h). The hydrostatic drive guarantees increased power and smooth control, offering the operator increased traction. This in turn leads to efficient thrust and good travel performance, even on steeply sloping terrain. Numerous controls have been "rethought" and optimized for quick operation and improved machine management. 

Highly accurate maneuvers

The smooth steering of the compact wheel loaders ensures ultimate precision. The front and rear wheels follow the same line, so the machines have a very small turning radius. With a 40° turning angle, they offer great ease of operation and allow the bucket to turn directly toward the load, even at maximum turning angle. This offers the operator greater flexibility when lifting pallets or moving loads, which is a distinct advantage in environmental work and landscaping. The oscillating rear axle has a wide swing angle of 10°, keeping the wheels in contact with the ground at all times, even on uneven terrain. On Yanmar Compact Equipment EMEA wheel loaders, only the rear axle swivels, so the weight of the machine moves in the same direction as the bucket. This prevents the operator from having to make large transverse movements and increases ground pressure when reversing. All machines are equipped as standard with a parallel kinematic system. Loads can be lifted quickly and precisely, without constantly having to adjust the bucket angle. This gives the operator the freedom to concentrate on where he wants to deposit the load. The parallel kinematic system guarantees optimal work cycles when loading and unloading a truck. It also prevents the loader from colliding with the body of the truck.

Intelligent and innovative

Numerous accessories contribute to the precise, comfortable and productive operation of the new wheel loaders: intelligent control via pushbuttons and a multi-function joystick, which allow the operator to optimize everything. The cab is designed with the comfort and maximum productivity of the operator in mind. The panoramic view also guarantees greater safety on site and invariably provides the operator with a clear view. The control system was developed using innovative technology, making the machine easy to control even in extremely demanding conditions. Fast hydraulic couplings allow you to change equipment - from the cab - easily and safely. The loading system can continuously swing 90° on both sides, allowing you to work at right angles and with a maximum swing angle of 180°.
