Users can also make a phone call, for example, without having to hold their smartphone in their hand. Even streaming music on the smartphone is among the possibilities. In addition, this helmet set with great wearing comfort and optimal ventilation is equipped with a metal visor that lets in a lot of light, essential for excellent visibility even in dim light conditions.
The helmet set ADVANCE X-Vent ProCOM combines the protection of a helmet with the innovative ProCOM hearing protectors with built-in conference system. This enables a direct duplex connection between up to 16 users. This allows you to communicate safely and comfortably even in noisy environments. The range between two users is up to 600 metres with each headset acting as an amplifier, increasing the overall range. Wireless communication devices that are usually hand-held can also be integrated into the wireless communication network.
The ear muffs of the helmet set ADVANCE X-Vent ProCOM have a high noise reduction rating (SNR 30) to provide effective protection against the engine noise of machines. The metal visor lets a lot of light through, thus increasing user safety, as do the numerous reflective stickers. The helmet set is very comfortable to wear, especially thanks to its low overall weight and optimal balance. The practical rotary knob allows you to adjust the headband without removing the helmet, and the ventilation system reduces thermal stress.
The earmuffs are equipped with active noise reduction and allow conversation even when the chainsaw is running. Thanks to the ambient noise listening function, the user can also hear warning signals without removing the earmuffs. In addition, users can also connect their own smartphone to the helmet set via the wireless interface to make a phone call or listen to music, for example, without having to hold their mobile phone. The intelligent audio function ensures that incoming calls are prioritised and heard by the user. The system is powered by a lithium-ion battery with up to 17 hours of operation.
