As a specialist in garden machinery and spare parts, EuroGarden is an official importer of the CRAMER brand. For many years, this brand has guaranteed high-quality garden machinery, such as chainsaws, brushcutters, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, lawn mowers and ride-on mowers, tailored to both professionals and consumers. In this article, Johan Teeuwen, category manager OPE at EuroGarden, introduces two new ride-on mowers. And these turn out to have a lot of strong assets....
Before zooming in on the benefits of the new mowers, Teeuwen wants to briefly highlight Cramer's 82V battery range. Because through this range, CRAMER shifts up a few gears in terms of quality, safety, reliability and power for garden machinery.
Teeuwen: “The machines on the 82V platform deliver more power with less current than comparable lower voltage systems. Indeed, thanks to a lower current, battery cells do not have to operate at maximum load, generating less heat during operation. This has a positive impact on a battery's efficiency and lifetime. It also reduces the risk of sudden interruptions due to overheated cells and motors. All things a garden professional appreciates!”

In the range of powerful ride-on mowers, CRAMER has been a leader for years. “In 2022, at EuroGarden, we launched the CRAMER 82ZT132, a professional zero-turn riding mower powered only by a built-in 82V battery. This was the first professional riding mower of its type to operate on an 82V platform, which also features a 132 cm steel mulching deck and three 1.5 kW motors. On one battery charge, you can mow up to four hectares.”
As a follow-up to this robust and heavy-duty machine, Eurogarden presents two new, more compact ride-on mowers: the stick-operated 82ZT107 Zero Turn and the hand-operated 82LT107 Lawn Tractor. Meet a new generation of ride-on mowers that boast impressive figures in terms of reach, durability and cost savings.
Both ride-on mowers have a lot in common. Teeuwen explains: “Both the 82ZT107 and 82LT107 have a cutting width of 107 cm, with the mower blades driven directly by an electric motor. They both have interchangeable batteries: from a minimum of three batteries, you can gradually build up to six, to determine the mower's power output yourself. A key advantage here is that the batteries are not built into the machines, so you can recharge them externally (and therefore protected).”
“Both ride-on mowers are built steel-robust, which means huge added value for the professional. He can count on machines that can take a beating, and thus are well worth their investment. The stick-operated version - i.e. with levers - is very manoeuvrable, although it still requires the user's dexterity. The handlebar-driven version - which is priced slightly lower - is available for users who have a clear preference for ‘normal’ steering.”

In terms of sustainability and cost savings, the figures speak for themselves. “By using one of these new ride-on mowers, you avoid up to 8.5 tonnes of CO2 emissions every year,” Teeuwen points out. “Moreover - taking into account a five-year useful life - you realise a Total Cost of Ownership saving of no less than 7,600 euros. These figures convince a lot of dealers and customers to invest in a CRAMER ride-on mower. The trend towards battery-powered garden machines is unstoppable anyway.”

It is not only in terms of performance, durability and TCO that CRAMER ride-on mowers score high marks. In terms of ergonomics and safety, too, everything is on point. Teeuwen: “With an adjustable driver's seat, functional LED lighting, a clear driver display within easy reach and a handy cargo box for extra garden tools, the operator has plenty of interesting features. And how about seven adjustable cutting heights - from 38 to 114 mm - 90 kg load capacity and a speed of around 12 km per hour? CRAMER's new ride-on mowers set the tone, that much is clear!”
