While transportation is often considered an obstacle to productivity, for the JOSKIN Group it is a daily source of inspiration. Over the years, the brand has made this a specialty and developed a complete range of vehicles that combine profitability, safety and comfort. The Cargo-LIFT hook-lift system is a perfect example of this.
Moving containers, tools or materials is an inevitable part of any job site and requires the use of appropriate equipment. In an increasingly expensive and limited market, it is important for contractors to make the most cost-effective choices by striving to maximize versatility.
The Cargo-LIFT hooklift system was designed with this in mind. It is intended for users looking for an affordable, professional solution to maximize their productivity on the road and in the field. This vehicle is based on a perfect combination of a robust lifting hook and a fast agricultural undercarriage. The total integration of these two elements allows for a much lower loading height than a truck, thus offering more stability and more power for less effort.
To adapt to different needs, different Cargo-LIFT models are available: double- or triple-axle with a drawbar load from 8 to 30 t. They are ideally suited for containers or implements from 3 to 7.45 m.
Regardless of the model, the Cargo-LIFT is compact, robust and approved throughout Europe. It is equipped with a telescopic arm at the front (except on the model 8 t: articulated hook) with a bolted hook made of non-deformable steel to achieve a larger tipping angle to allow loading a greater number of containers of different lengths. The containers are locked by means of powerful hydraulic hooks working from the inside to the outside.
Perfect for both road and field use, the Cargo-LIFT has a very narrow "arrow-shaped" drawbar that offers great steering angles and exceptional maneuverability. The drawbar is equipped with a hydropneumatic suspension (optional on models 8, 12 and 14 t), which not only offers great flexibility, but also makes it possible to vary the slope of the chassis to increase tractive effort. To this end, all models from 18 t upwards are also equipped as standard with an auxiliary tipping cylinder to facilitate and speed up container loading for maximum productivity.
The Cargo-LIFT is very user-friendly and has a control with direct connection to the tractor (3xDW) on models up to 14 t and full electro-hydraulic control with a box in the cab from the 18 t model on. In addition, each machine is equipped with a hydraulic safety device on each hook movement to prevent possible operator errors.
To meet the most demanding conditions, JOSKIN goes one step further with its tri-axle models (22 t and 30 t). They are equipped as standard with hydraulic axle suspension, double forced steering (first and last axle) and full Load Sensing electro-hydraulic control of the system. The T30 model is also distinguished by its narrow chassis with 600 mm wheels, which does not exceed the 2.55 m limit required in some areas of activity. It also has a hydraulic system with an industrial pump to handle the heaviest operations.
To top it off, and as always with JOSKIN, each model can be modulated with multiple options, allowing everyone to configure their machine according to their needs.
