Buildmat nv has acquired the company Hekwerkshop.be bv. The company will be incorporated into the new company B-Fence, which will also include the distribution company Domspro.
Buildmat's ambition is to build a distribution network for the professional fence installer through the holding company B-Fence, in line with the other pillars within the Buildmat group such as Deschacht, Foylo, ODM and Technicel.
Current business manager Björn Van Houtven and Seppe Van Houtven are participating in B-Fence and remain actively engaged in the further development of the new Buildmat pillar B-fence.
