New plantings require proper nutrient media. From that simple truth, AcTerra develops under the brand name TerraViva® an extensive range of soil improvers and plant substrates for various soils. Because in addition to the right product, the method of application is also decisive, the Belgian company offers its professional customers an Express Blower® at your disposal.

Providing a soil conditioner by itself does not guarantee success. After all, mistakes are frequently made during application. If the material is not evenly distributed, it will lead - especially in poor soils - to spots in the lawn or local restrictions in the vigor of the planting. Another shortcoming is the equipment used to apply the soil conditioner. If a tractor or wheel loader is driven over the scarified soil, this preparatory work is undone and the air and water permeability is again restricted.
The Express Blower® is a machine that allows numerous soil conditioners, plant substrates and even tree bark to be evenly distributed over the surface without compaction. Through hoses, the material is blown open at a constant speed, up to about two meters away. No moving equipment is required, and by maintaining the same swiveling motion, the substrate is applied in a controlled and even thickness.
AcTerra owns the only Express Blower® on the Belgian territory.
An additional advantage is that the hoses can transport the material up to a distance of 120 m from the truck, right through houses or plantings. For hard-to-reach gardens, where one would otherwise often have to rely on wheelbarrows, this means enormous labor savings.
Large projects further benefit from the full-continuous operation of the system. Because even during operation, the storage tank can be replenished, allowing one to keep working for a full day without problems.
AcTerra owns the only Express Blower® on Belgian territory and deploys the machine exclusively for its professional customers. Price and planning are always determined on a project basis and in consultation with the garden contractor.
