They are used in agricultural and equestrian businesses, timber and forestry companies, public services, and landscaping contractors. Since the invention of the now legendary Hoftrac wheel loader, the company has been producing a wide range of high-performance wheel loaders and telehandlers. We would like to highlight a few recent innovations here.
The compact T4512 telehandler from Weidemann is unique thanks to its combination of lifting height, width, and machine power: with a lifting height of 4.50 meters, you can carry out a wide range of stacking and loading tasks. Most side walls can also be easily overcome. With a load capacity of 1.25 tons, the T4512 can handle large bales and material weights. Thanks to its compact dimensions – 1.56 meters wide and less than two meters high – the machine can pass under low gates and work in confined spaces. With the engine adaptation to emission standard V, the T4512 telehandler has been completely rebuilt. The telehandler also features various modified engines, an electronically controlled drive system, and four-wheel drive with a low center of gravity.
The Hoftrac 1390 is an improved version of the 1380 model. The new version has been adapted to emission standard V and has undergone a fundamental redesign. The performance of the new Hoftrac 1390, for example in terms of engine, axles, and hydraulic power, can be optimally adapted to a wide variety of tasks. With the new electronically controlled ecDrive drive system, you will experience new application possibilities and a completely new driving experience. Unique in this size class is the very spacious interior of the driver's seat and cab. All this represents a completely new machine that makes work even more productive.
The new 9580T telescopic wheel loader has a load capacity of over 11 tons and was specially developed for handling very heavy materials—for example, at large companies and biogas plants for transporting large numbers of large bales. Machines in this class have also proven themselves more than adequate in the field of recycling, as well as in industrial and municipal companies. Combined with the latest engine technology (Stage V), they operate efficiently and are ready for the future. They also feature a new and powerful drive system, namely the Power Drive 370 (PD 370).
This is a continuously variable, hydrostatic drive that achieves higher traction forces and driving speeds than previously developed solutions. It retains all the advantages of previous drives in terms of compactness, energy efficiency, and driver comfort. With the Power Drive 370, speeds of up to 40 km/h are possible without shifting gears.
This new telescopic wheel loader also comes with extensive standard equipment. In addition, you can customize the engine, drive, cab, or hydraulics, for example, depending on the application and your preferences.
Furthermore, the 9580T is equipped with a driver's cab with glass all around, providing a perfect view of the work area. The spacious cab also offers plenty of headroom and freedom of movement. All this ensures an excellent overview of the attachments, the immediate work area, and the entire environment around the machine.
