The basis of the new Sealtec app lies in augmented reality, or AR. At first glance it may seem unfamiliar to many, but if you mention Pokémon Go, it may ring a bell. A few years ago, you could see hordes of teenagers and young adults everywhere, hunting for digital creatures with their smartphones in hand. The app for the first time succeeded in enriching reality with digital images in real time, and both big cities and small agglomerations went for it.

The Sealtec app is available free for iOS and Android and can be used on both smartphones and tablets. In five easy steps, the user can create an image of the new pool or swimming pond:

Step 1: Through the camera of the smartphone or tablet, the garden is scanned. All dimensions, distances and perspectives are thus automatically determined.

Step 2: Choose between a pool or a swimming pond and virtually position it in the desired location in the garden.

Step 3: Adjust the dimensions and proportions of pool or pond if necessary. Have you chosen a swimming pond? Then still specify which side you wish to place the filter zone along.

Step 4: Choose a film and discover the effect of the different colors. Adjust the color until you get the desired result.
